Camera is Not Sharing on Mac/PC​

If the camera is not sharing, it is often due to security settings. Please check the following settings.

If you are using Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome, Edge Chrome, or Naver Whale:

  • Type chrome://settings/content/camera in the address bar and check if the following are set:

    • "Ask before accessing (recommended)" is enabled.
    • There is no elice.io site listed under blocked sites.
