AI Chat

If you encounter difficulties while taking educational content such as programming exercises, you can receive help through AI Chat.

AI Helpy

"AI Helpy" is equipped with a generative AI model developed to support learners with questions related to code interpretation and domain knowledge during programming practice.

Currently, AI Helpy supports the following detailed features and is expected to expand its capability to help learners in various areas:

  • Open Question Support: Through the AI Helpy interface, users can ask the AI free-form questions related to programming/engineering domain knowledge.
  • Guided Question List Support: To assist users who find it difficult to actively utilize AI Helpy, the AI model provides a guide question list designed to maximize performance. This pre-set question list helps users understand what types of questions they can ask.
  • Code Error Message Interpretation: If incorrect code is executed, an error message will be output. If you find it hard to interpret this error message, you can ask AI Helpy for help.
  • Feedback Submission: If you are satisfied with AI Helpy's answer or find it lacking, you can submit feedback.

The following section provides a detailed explanation of how to use AI Helpy.

How to Use

Starting a Chat

  1. First Method
Learners can start a conversation with AI Helpy by clicking the "Helpy Button" located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  1. Second Method
In the programming practice window, users can drag to select the area that requires a question. Then, clicking the "Ask AI" button at the bottom will initiate a conversation.

Open Question Support

Learners can freely ask any questions to AI Helpy during programming practice. The range of questions is limited to programming practice, but questions related to domain knowledge in computer science are also allowed.

Guided Question List Support

Learners can view and use examples of questions they can ask AI Helpy during programming practice. By clicking one of the guided questions at the top of the chat window, they can ask questions.

The pre-set question list is designed to assist new users in learning the features and is composed of types that allow the AI model to perform at its best.

Code Error Message Interpretation

When the executed code is not appropriate during the code execution, an error message is output. When an error message is displayed, AI Helpy will ask the user whether they need help. If it is difficult to interpret the displayed error message, users can request assistance from AI Helpy.

Providing Feedback

Learners can leave feedback on AI Helpy's responses. Feedback can be submitted using the "Like/Dislike" icon buttons that appear for each output answer.
