Institution Dashboard
In the AI dashboard, you can view learning status reports by track and by student, as well as download them in Excel format. The AI algorithm visually represents students' academic achievements, helping to identify students in need of assistance.
Institution administrators can easily monitor the training status by course and by student at a glance and download the data in an Excel file.
Subject/Track Status Report
In the subject/track enrollment status screen, you can check the number of enrolled students, average learning progress, and completion status when searching for a specific subject/track.
- Go to the 'Institution Management > Dashboard' tab at the top right of the webpage.
- Enter the desired subject/track name in the subject/track search bar and click the search button.
- Click the 'Go to' button on the right to navigate to the dashboard for the searched subject.
- Click the 'Download Enrollment Status' button to download all information related to the enrollment status by subject/track as an Excel file.
- Click the 'Download Student Report' button to download all information related to the subject/track status and students as an Excel file.
Student Report
In the student report, you can see the list of students by subject at a glance and check each student's learning progress, average test scores, and completion status.
- Go to the 'Institution Management > Dashboard' tab at the top right of the webpage.
- Enter the desired subject name in the subject search bar and click the search button.
- Click the 'Go to' button on the right to navigate to the dashboard tab for the searched subject.
- Click the 'Report Download' button in the center left of the subject dashboard screen to download the student report as an Excel file.
