Feedback Functionality

All users can send their opinions related to the use of the LXP platform. Submitted opinions are managed solely by the Elice operations team.

Feedback Feature Settings​

  • Institutions can set whether to enable the "Send Feedback" feature on an institutional basis.
  • The institution admin can turn the feedback feature on/off by going to Settings > Basic Information > Feedback Feature Toggle, but this setting can only be done through the Elice operations team.

Sending Feedback​

  • The "Send Feedback" button will only appear for institutions that have activated the feedback feature in the LXP.

  • The position of the feedback button varies between PC view and Tablet/Mobile view.

Management of Submitted Feedback​

  • Submitted feedback is managed only by the Elice operations team and will not be used for any purpose other than service quality improvement.
