Customer Center

If the administrator has activated the "Customer Center" feature within the LXP, you can use this feature. The customer center is integrated with Channel Talk, allowing all members using the institution's LXP to leave inquiries.

Here’s how to leave an inquiry through the customer center:

  1. Click on the "Community" button located at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Click the Customer Center button.
  3. Feel free to send questions regarding service support, such as inquiries about platform introduction.
