Class Schedule and Learning Report Dispatch

Using the 'Class Schedule' feature, you can manage class operations by group and send class notifications. You can create classrooms in bulk for each class schedule in advance, and class times will be automatically notified!

Easily manage classes by creating a 'Class Schedule' for each group.​

  • When you add a group to the class schedule, only the members belonging to that group will receive class notifications and can enter the classroom.
  • You can easily create classrooms for each class schedule.
  • Participants in the group must be notified automatically 24 hours and 1 hour before the class starts.

To use the class schedule menu, activate the feature in 'Menu Edit'.

Learning Report Dispatch​

With the class schedule menu, you can create a 'Learning Report' for completed classes and send it to students.
Send reports to students about what they learned, their achievements, and what homework they have, etc.!
