Game Learning System

In 'Institution Management > Settings > Game Learning System', you can set up automatic point and experience point awards when members meet certain conditions, and administrators can also give/deduct points individually.

By using the 'Game Learning System', effective management of learners utilizing points and experience points is possible. If you wish to use this service, please contact us at contact@elice.io.

Game Learning System​

  1. Go to the Institution Management > Settings tab at the top of the webpage.
  2. Navigate to the 'Game Learning System' section within Institution Settings to check the criteria for awarding points and experience points.

Point and Experience Point Award Settings​

'Points' are credits awarded when conditions regarding the subject study progress or achieving a perfect score on tests are met.

'Experience points' are awarded based on conditions such as attendance, asking questions, posting projects, viewing lesson materials, and answering questions correctly.

  1. You can set a representative icon to be displayed when awarding points/experience points.
  2. You can set the points/experience points awarded according to each criterion.
  3. If you set the awarded points/experience points to 0, no points or experience points will be awarded.
  4. Click the save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

※ Members can check the 'Point/Experience Point Acquisition Criteria' by clicking the button on the learning ranking tab at the top of the webpage.

Awarding/Deducting for Specific Members​

  1. Go to the Institution Management section at the top of the webpage and click on the Members tab.
  2. Search for the member's name, email, or authentication ID to award points and experience points.
  3. Click on the found member to navigate to the user detail page.

  1. Click the 'Award/Deduct' button on the right of the ranking status section on the detail page.

  1. Select the item to award/deduct from 'Points' and 'Experience Points' in the pop-up window.

  2. Enter the number of points or experience points to be awarded/deducted, and choose 'Award' or 'Deduct' for the desired action.

  3. Click the apply button to apply changes.

Confirming Results​

Checking by Ranking​

  1. Go to the Learning Ranking tab at the top of the webpage.
  2. You can check the member's rank, experience points, number of attendance days, and the number of problems answered correctly.

※ The learning ranking is determined in the order of "Experience Points > Attendance > Practice/Quiz Correct Answers."

Checking by Member​

  1. Go to Institution Management at the top of the webpage and click on the Members tab.
  2. Search for the name, email, or authentication ID of the member you want to award points and experience points to.
  3. Click on the found member to navigate to the user detail page.
  4. You can check the member's learning ranking, attendance days, points, and experience points status through the ranking status section on the detail page.

※ The learning ranking is determined in the order of 'Experience Points > Attendance > Practice/Quiz Correct Answers.'
