Member Authentication

In 'Institution Management' > 'Members', you can view member information or manage the authenticated/unaffiliated status. You can also download the member list as an Excel file.

How to Authenticate a Member

  1. Navigate to the Institution Management > Members section at the top of the webpage and go to the 'Unauthenticated' tab.
  2. Search for the person you want to authenticate by name, email, or ID.
  3. Click on the found member.
  4. Click 'Authenticate' from the more options icon on the right side of the member information.
    1. If you want to revoke the authentication of an already authenticated member, select 'Revoke Authentication'.
  5. Enter the authentication ID and click apply. The member can now log in with the authenticated ID.

You can view the list of authenticated members in the 'All Members' tab.
